I thought it would be fun to start a post on gpokr bad beats. The rules are simple - the hand has to work out as planned for you and you still lose (the more chips the better!). In this hand, I played it perfectly. Hoping for a 5 on the river to make his hand (the st8) and my hand (the FH). And here are the results of my perfect poker play... LOL. Please add your bad beat and we can compare.

The issue I have is how you played it. If I didn't hit on the river you would have made very little for such a monster hand because you just slow played it which was not the best way to play that hand IMHO. But hey in the end it worked out so congrats!
