You handle it very well. I think I would have been tempted to tell them all to take a hike and moved on to new projects.

BUT : to be honest and fair, we also have to mention than SOME things went 'really' wrong in the last past months, which cause LOTS of 'good' players left the site.
They didn't left without any reason.
