you need to approve people who make you their favorite players

I have a stalker. no joke. and he follows me to every table and annoys the hell out of me and everyone else. with the new favorite players thing, he can always find me. it'd be nice if i got to approve who can follow...like before they needed to be your approved friend. idk if im the only one with a problem like this so i understand if theres no solution executed. i dont want to make a new account because multiple accounts irritate me and are abused...thanks for any help
