Honestly, It's really debatable whether money transfers are cheating. Some people play multiple accounts...so?

They're still playing by the same rules of poker. It's free money anyway so lots of people play more loose and aggressive. Some lose it all, some have a ‘banking’ system. They play aggressive with an account until they make some money and then they 'bank' it by transferring to a single account.

Some people do take advantage of multiple accounts to side-step the 10min refill limit. I don't really like that, but it's not very many people. And I've never seen one of these 'churners' make it high in the ranks with any regularity.

If someone had evidence that anyone was repeatedly dumping $1500 from multiple dummy accounts into a single account. I’d have to call that cheating. But, so far I haven’t heard of anyone observing that.

If it is just money transfers that you want to label ‘cheating’ then I’d have to disagree. This is just my 2 cents, and I’m a single accounter.
