Is there one that will mark the "Fold" box instead of the "Check/Fold" box? I hate that I have to use the mouse to do a "Fold" or else be forced to continue playing a hand when nobody bets. ALT-0 (zero) seemed a logical choice, but that doesn't work.

Also, is there a quick way (again, with keyboard only -- NOT the mouse) to get to the "Bet Amount" box to change the amount before betting with ALT-3?
