why cant i play?

All day now as I sit at a table or even watch a table as soon as i get there i might see one person play then the next person's time runs to the end and the sceen freezes and i cant sit play or do anything,yet seeing players profile,hide avatars,change table all still work just every game is frozen.anyu help pls???????
