We've responded to this nonesense before.

With 7 or more people in our workplace playing, from wherever in the world they may be at the time, there will inevitably be interplay between us. We're competitive.

Its obvious by the posting that this is not fair play and is indeed cheating.
Ryan again, please post some rules concerning this and enforce them the best you can. That way people like this cannot continue to cheat in this manner.

This is a good example of why these new "cheat" posts really chap my hide.

Notice that this observantplayer guy never ever plays, he just comes on-line to accuse people of cheating.
"Transferring" (to my mind) is a legitimate mode of play...but even if you discourage it (fair enough), postings like that are reminiscent of the schoolyard tattletales.

In other words, it (IMHO) doesn't seem to be working...
