She had just won a 3 way "All In" hand and then the next hand her chips vanished.

its a tourney bug and nothing can be done about it. it has happened to a lot of ppl. and nothing was done about it.

yeah i was on the table around 2700 vanished the hand following the one she won. Went from 1st place to 8th.

Should get 10k stake back

When I first started here he used to have a thing called: "Take a break". It would only last bout 10 mins once a week. You have been here long enough K to know that it's a simple glitch. I do not know how long you were in the tourney or even where you finished at. I would suggest maybe 5k out of 10k to refund, if Ryan will do that. Only if the tourney never showed is the only way I see possible to get the full amount back.

Ryan needs to do some maintanance on this site period. These glitches should not just be accepted.
Was it not you that made a thread about players getting tossed off tables when they shouldn't have~??? Did that glitch get fixed or do we all have to accept it~????
While I realize that I may not get my Entry Fee back it is not for you to say I should only be refunded half of the Entry Fee amount.
These issues are addressed to "Ryan" not "Pattie Cakes" -or- "LBlack"~!!!!

Ok firstly, Kruzzin was in the top 3, cant remember exactly where after her win, then 2nd hand later she lost what she had won. Kruzzin would have made final table without a doubt and recived payment. So I do think she is entitlted to have maybe 50 per cent refund. (But in saying that we dont think it would happen)
Secondly Kruzzin Ryan doesnt read the forum, the mods do and pass on what they consider important, then Ryan either responds or doesnt. So if you really want to get Ryans attention and not anybody elses then email him.
