Come on Mods, I know there are cyberstalking laws out there. Report this clown to the authorities so he can get the help that he obviously needs.

The guy has a serious problem. Now it is time to report this to his IP and request they remove his access. Then he can explain to mum and dad why they have no internet.

Here is the thing, the user has a proxy on his IP thus he can change it when he feels like it. I'll give you my IP right now and it say's Egypt. Every IP that I have seen of his so far I've made a list of and have reporte to that ISP. Only home that one day he screw's up and forgets to proxy his IP.
