at 11:31 AM, Friday April 16, 2010 EDT Wnat to know you post flop odds of hitting your outs? Probably not but here goes, it's dead easy.
Count your outs: With two cards to come multiply your outs by 4 e.g Flush draw = 9 outs 9 x 4 = 36 so you have a 36% chance of hitting on the and/or river. Giving odds of 64 to 36 or 1.78 to 1 With one card to come multiply your outs by 2 then add 1 e.g Flush draw = 9 outs 9 x 2 + 1 = 19 or 19% Giving odds of 81 to 19 or 4.26 to 1 |

at 12:33 PM, Friday April 16, 2010 EDT I'd much rather play 86s (Group 7) Than A2s (Group 5). I know heads up A2 is favourite, but in many situations you don't know where you are with A2. Hit the ace and you're probably out-kicked. Hit the 2 and there are overcards.
