This evening I learned that I had an old account of mine banned that I was never informed about.We all know I play as myer all the time.On occasion I may play under the name IDFA.This account that was banned was made the same time myerlyn(June 07) was and was made as a joke to a friend of mine(fukmerunnin/runswithbeer) who use to play here when we both joined.The account was eventually put away when I made IDFA and I now only use it to get around certain bugs we get on gpokr.I may have played a total of 300 hands in 3yrs on the account and only played 29 hands in 09,lol
I was told that a few(mods Im guessing)agreed on the ruling of the ban, being that its inappropriate for an all age site,lmfao.That cracks me up,"a few",I know of a few Mods who know of the account and had an avatar banned(which is the 1 it is now,lol) by misst56 who learned who the account was.So whom could the few be?Also,Cant you guys find something a little more inappropriate to banned on this all age site beside some old account that hardly ever gets any playing time or even warn the players of their inappropriate names(as in speaking to them at a table about it so they know).I hardly ever look at my "Reviews" page on any account and didnt learn about this until I asked a Mod about a Friends request I got through the email. I no longer have access to the email under Myer and haven't for about 2 years.All emailing I do with Ryan is through this account.Funny how you Mods are sometimes.Please lift the ban for reason I use it to get around bugs.I dont need to go through all the trouble of making a new email/user name,etc etc etc.I dont play with the account and no one can make it a new name/player.If you would like Im sure I can make a list of names you all can banned without warning in about a 1/2 hours time while I play,Starting with FukMeRunnin' which according to the stats is neither new to the site or hasn't been used in 2 years. fukmewild http://gpokr.com/profile/22815147/reviews |

Someone at the table even said "guess he doesn't wanna fuk you wild, kkm" when you didn't answer. The only reason it came to my attention was that someone IMd me and asked if this was appropriate (the name together with the av of the people assumedly doing what the name describes) and I then looked at it. Fukmewild, even if you don't use it often, doesn't seem like a name that needs to be here, even if it is from some old joke or whatever. I didn't realize the name was so sentimental to you. When other players notice something, I take care of it. By the way, I have nothing to do with your personal email account. You can still use that all you want. As for the mod thing, I never get rid of an acct. that has been used for awhile without asking another mod or even two their opinion. They didn't mention that it was you either. If you know of other inappropriate acct. names, please let me know. I'll be glad to look at them too. That's the only way I know about them. You guys complain if the mods don't do enough, or don't do what you think they should, and then you complain when we do. Apparently I can't please everyone. Sheesh.
