Can't change profile picture

Hey, I was curious if anyone knew if there was something wrong with the avatar uploader or anything. I've tried changing it about 2 dozen times. The picture is so small, so I'm guessing that the problem isn't it being too big of a file. But I just can't figure out why it isn't loading.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening? Or any suggestions? |
