I think my original post is correct.

Generally, the higher they finished in the previous month, the bigger the blinds will be in the table which is now opened.

After trying a few names out, like the person who finished 20th, 40th, 60th etc, you will realise this.

So to sum it up the higher the finish the higher the table.
