If that ban was for any form of system manipulation, you might reconsider your slap on the wrist TLP. |

Or was it because he was contrite enough to admit that he always does it? On another note, I see chuna was there. Bet his ears pricked up....though I'm told he's a risky investment these days...lend him chips and he loses them. I do sympathise though TLP - the way traffic is declining here, the ban is a last resort. |

Granted, raising and folding seems fishy. But, how many times have you seen that at the tables in many different ways?? The convo itself does not constitute cheating. MAAAAANY players "give away" chips to friends or others so they can get into a tourney or move up to a higher table. Don't you see "here, take it" or "free chips" or people actually calling their cards and going all in. Are you seriously suggesting that all of these people are cheaters? I have been here for a very long time and I can tell you that 75% of people would be banned if that was the case, if not more. This is clearly questionable, but I do not see cheating. TLP, did the right thing with warning. There is not enough evidence to prove cheating and knowing that Z has been banned for it in the past, T, gave the severe warning. If anyone feels differently, they are welcome to email Ryan. With 3 moderators on this one issue, I think we can safely say that no ban will be issued. |
