to post a selection of hands from a donk kill? Some folks might say it's a wee bit rude but the donk doesn't play here and I feel like sharing a few hands I got to play last night.

at 7:48 AM, Wednesday February 23, 2011 EST Played for an hour or so at 5/10 before moving to a 10/25 6 max ring where I met my new best friend, Ahmallin.
I'd been at this table about 30 mins folding most hands, watching what was going on and picking up the odd small pot here and there. Then a few players left and I got to play this hapless donk heads up for a while. Played around 50 hands heads up with this guy, here's six of the more interesting hands. Dude gets check raised cos he makes obvious bluffs too often Table #35005495 - Pagan King 1 Starting Hand #1631080583 Start time of hand: 23 Feb 2011 01:05:25 Last Hand #1631080045 Game Type: HOLD'EM Limit Type: NO LIMIT Table Type: RING Money Type: REAL MONEY Blinds are now $0.10 / $0.25 Button is at seat 2 Seat 2: jpz0666 - $24.50 Seat 3: Ahmallin - $46.76 Seat 4: JulesDogg - $25.10 Moving Button to seat 3 JulesDogg posts small blind ($0.10) jpz0666 posts big blind ($0.25) Shuffling Deck Dealing Cards Dealing [5 d][7 d] to JulesDogg Ahmallin raises to $0.76 JulesDogg calls $0.76 jpz0666 folds Pot sizes: $1.77 Dealing Flop [4 c][K s][7 h] JulesDogg checks Ahmallin bets $1.77 JulesDogg raises to $4.25 Ahmallin folds Pot sizes: $5.31 Taking Rake of $0.26 from pot 1 JulesDogg doesn't show JulesDogg wins $5.05 Seat 2: jpz0666 - $24.25 Seat 3: Ahmallin - $44.23 Seat 4: JulesDogg - $27.62 End of Hand #1631080583 I don't believe his pot sized bets and a lowly bottom pair has enough show down value here Table #35005495 - Pagan King 1 Starting Hand #1631090315 Start time of hand: 23 Feb 2011 01:18:22 Last Hand #1631090050 Game Type: HOLD'EM Limit Type: NO LIMIT Table Type: RING Money Type: REAL MONEY Blinds are now $0.10 / $0.25 Button is at seat 4 Seat 1: jpz0666 - $25.12 Seat 3: Ahmallin - $43.96 Seat 4: JulesDogg - $26.64 Moving Button to seat 1 Ahmallin posts small blind ($0.10) JulesDogg posts big blind ($0.25) Shuffling Deck Dealing Cards Dealing [4 d][2 d] to JulesDogg jpz0666 folds Ahmallin calls $0.25 JulesDogg checks Pot sizes: $0.50 Dealing Flop [T c][K d][6 h] Ahmallin checks JulesDogg checks Pot sizes: $0.50 Dealing Turn [4 c] Ahmallin bets $0.71 JulesDogg calls $0.71 Pot sizes: $1.92 Dealing River [T d] Ahmallin bets $1.92 JulesDogg calls $1.92 Pot sizes: $5.76 Taking Rake of $0.28 from pot 1 Ahmallin shows [5 s][3 d] Ahmallin has One Pair: Tens JulesDogg shows [4 d][2 d] JulesDogg has Two Pairs: Tens, 4s JulesDogg wins $5.48 with: Two Pairs: Tens, 4s Seat 1: jpz0666 - $25.12 Seat 3: Ahmallin - $41.08 Seat 4: JulesDogg - $29.24 End of Hand #1631090315 An ace on the turn makes his river raise easy to pick off Table #35005495 - Pagan King 1 Starting Hand #1631092562 Start time of hand: 23 Feb 2011 01:21:34 Last Hand #1631091969 Game Type: HOLD'EM Limit Type: NO LIMIT Table Type: RING Money Type: REAL MONEY Blinds are now $0.10 / $0.25 Button is at seat 4 Seat 3: Ahmallin - $41.97 Seat 4: JulesDogg - $28.27 Moving Button to seat 3 Ahmallin posts small blind ($0.10) JulesDogg posts big blind ($0.25) Shuffling Deck Dealing Cards Dealing [7 h][A c] to JulesDogg Ahmallin calls $0.25 JulesDogg checks Pot sizes: $0.50 Dealing Flop [2 d][9 c][T c] JulesDogg bets $0.25 Ahmallin calls $0.25 Pot sizes: $1 Dealing Turn [A s] JulesDogg bets $0.50 Ahmallin calls $0.50 Pot sizes: $2 Dealing River [3 h] JulesDogg bets $1 Ahmallin raises to $5 JulesDogg calls $5 Pot sizes: $12 Taking Rake of $0.50 from pot 1 Ahmallin shows [2 c][8 c] Ahmallin has One Pair: 2s JulesDogg shows [7 h][A c] JulesDogg has One Pair: Aces JulesDogg wins $11.50 with: One Pair: Aces Seat 3: Ahmallin - $35.97 Seat 4: JulesDogg - $33.77 End of Hand #1631092562 Very next hand he's at it again. I normally play a lot tighter, I normally lay down bottom pair to a pot sized river bet, I don't normally lead out and keep firing with king high, I don't normally shove back at a big bet without a hand and I don't normally check raise with 2nd pair but as I said, this guy was a special case. |

at 3:26 PM, Thursday February 24, 2011 EST nice plays. altho i wonder wtf he was thinking when he river minraised you from $1 to $2 with air. i mean, youre priced in, as long as you think he isnt bluffing less than like 5% of the time (which is obv false).
and lol @ your first hand being the Gurgi hand ;) |

at 8:32 AM, Friday February 25, 2011 EST Monte, I have no idea what this guy was thinking, I can only imagine that he was full of booze and/or persian rugs. I shoulda stayed longer regardless of it being late and seen how many reloads he was prepared to put out. IIRC I didn't showdown one losing hand to him and still he kept making ridiculous moves.
Needless to say, he's on my tagged players list now and every time I log on I'll be trying to find him and grab a seat to his immediate left. |
