I had the same problem on 6/4. I won 1st place in Memmbers Evening (47,000). I was initially credited the amount but taken back 2 or 3 minutes later. I posted the problem in KKM's "Review" but did not get a response. I would appreciate it very much if you could do something abt it. Thank you.

i'm still waiting for my chips

ok this crap is getting old.i only play tourneys so when it comes to the site stealing my winnings thats big crap.when i pay for my members it don't take for ever to get the money to ryan he gets it off my card right there and then.but when the site steals my chips that i work hard at winning i have to wait for him to get off his a$$ to refund me them or like with the 5555 u never see them i think that is crap this isn't the first time it's happened and i for 1 am getting sick of it.i am told he will refund them but i have only twice seen him do that so wow i am not holding my breath. RYAN WAKE UP YOUR SITE IS GOING TO CRAP AND ALL THE GOOD PLAYERS ARE LEAVING
