Site seriously needs to be reset

First the complaint by 4 x 4 in members last night and not being able to play cause it said the game was paused which seems to be associated with a situation with flo-flo today who sat at table then sat away and lost all her chips, mod could not remove her cause she was stuck there?. Then people winning in tourneys and not getting their payouts and all this bad lag yet again. Also not only should the people who won chips in tourneys get their payouts, but the people who have lost chips through the site holding them in one place should get their chips refunded.

However, it is unfortunate to notice that this near pefect site, did not credit the winnings. Now im not one to moan about 19k, its the hour that I wasted to get it which is the bother.
