I cant tell you the last time that Ryan has responded to this forum. Much less read it! Im guessing you would have to go back to posts in 2007/2008. Ryan rarely responds to the advisor forum! Clearly, the only way you are going to get his attention is to email him yourself. Yes, he should care more. Yes, he should respond. Yes, he should take care of his sites! But, what do we do about it? Bitch and moan on a forum that doesnt get his attention? LOL |

There is only so much that advisors have the ability to do. We cant get his attention anymore than you can....and certainly NOT going to get his attention on this forum. |

at 12:28 PM, Tuesday November 22, 2011 EST If persistant enough Ryan will eventually answer, he come on site yesterday to try and sort out lag problems (may I add the site was running better than it has been all month) but was in contact trying to solve the issue. So just keep trying.

at 7:30 PM, Tuesday November 22, 2011 EST Yes Mad. He fixed some of problems yesterday. Dont worry, I havent let up on him. I wasnt very "nice" yesterday in the advisor forum. There are many more problems.... But, it was nice to see that he took some of what I (and others) had said to heart.
