The question makes no sense. How the hell can we know if it was a decent read or not? We know nothing about the player. He could've been playing very loose and aggressive or very tight and passive.

Since you don't give any indication of the villains playing style it would suggest that you weren't even considering his approach to the game and if that was the case then I'd have to say it was a very risky -EV call.

In summary: NOOB CALL [a call doesn't qualify as a move]
