In the case of the avatar, there was 100% irrefutable evidence that this person had used another player's personal picture. This was not the first time this particular person had been warned about this, he had been asked to stop several times. This is what made it very easy to "take care of". In the case of the "transferring", it is not so cut and dried. There was only the copy/paste to go by and this was not 100% clear evidence. The two players did not come up as the same player when checked by the tools I have been given. When this is the case, it is "looked into" and the players are given a warning. They are also watched for further instances of bad play. Screenshots would have gone a long way in showing irrefutable evidence of a wrong doing. If you are dissatisfied with the way that this was handled, please, by all means, email Ryan and let him know that his unpaid, volunteer mod is not to your standards on the game that he allows you and everyone else to play non stop, 24 hours a day, for Free. pretty much the responce i expected...if you dont have the tools to do the job then you are not capable of doing it correctly, and you should be complaining to ryan...and if you are not happy with your unpaid job ...then why do it??? im just voicing my opinion....and it wont happen again, especially if i get a snippy remark... All the gentleman did was report what he thought was a clear violation of the rules. You have to take it to a personal insult as if he has no right to complain.

If you pay is not high enough for you resign, and get more free money someplace else.

you guys and your freaking evidence, even if the mods are at the table during foul play, they don't even notice the foul play right in front of them because you do not know what to look for.
Been here for a while, I can tell you exactly which accounts are cheater accounts and which one's are not. It's common sense actually and because of the "No Evidence" the crap continues on pissing good and honest players off. Do we have the choice to play at another site, yes we do, but we want to play here without the bull crap. I give a rats ass if I lose the chips that I won, but I hate it when I lose it to cheaters.
Honest players at this site are trying to play in peace and as said, some of us have been here long enough. None of you have taken care of the issue in my post, not even a comment made on it that I found at who is creating these bogus accounts with offensive words in front or after another players account name. So freaking obvious if you take a closer look at it and use common sense rather than believing someone is trying to get rid of another player out of spite or because you cannot see any clear evidence. That's BS for one. We need Mods that understand gpokr, not Mods that just want to feel important at this site because they are Mods. Honest players are not complaining for no reason!

When I argue with another player and all of a sudden they get pissed off cursing the hell out of me and out of the blue a new account appears with my user name and offensive words added to it, are you kidding me. Then your going to tell me any other player could have done that while playing at the same table, but tell me what reason they would have if they were not even involved in the argument, that's common sense that it can only be the person that got angry at me, but nooo no evidence, it can't get any more obvious than that. Stop jerking our chains please. Thanks
