Is it poker if after the river card the best hand's holder loses the chips to the worst hand holder?

Example... if you have a flush vs a set... and the set holder gets the chips.

Or you have AA vs QQ and the board is entirely unchanging... AA ends up losing the pot to QQ.

Or an 8 8 8 8 losing to 3 3 3... I don't know if that's poker.

If the worst hand turns into a best hand, that's one thing, but if the worst hand after the river ends up taking the pot for their player, then that's a bit of a problem isn't it?

(This of course doesn't really count in aspect to side-pots being played. I understand if a worst hand wins the secondary pot because the 2nd best hand still loses to the original best.)

lol omg I think rich means that the real winning hand lost and the losing hand won the chips and in fact was not meant to happen. All out simple rich it is a glitch that has been happening and seems to be a little more noticeable lately and Ryan has still not managed to fix it.
