The site performance is becoming a joke

The site is repeatedly going down or becoming unresponsive, this month it has been several times per hour on average.
Also when visiting other parts of the site about 10% of the time I will get a Tomcat error report. This is a very frustrating because poker is an engaging game, even for play money, and when it's interrupted without any explanation it frankly ruins the experience. Some comments about why the site is performing badly and what you're doing about it would show that you're at least you're serious about this. For example, you haven't updated the @ryaniogc twitter account since November. A poker community website is a brilliant concept and one that I'm happy to be apart of. However I'm fast approaching the limits of what I'm willing to put up with. (I know a few of you would love to chime in with "this is a free site you have no right to complain", but somehow I don't think the owner shares your sentiment) |
