Server issues

I'm aware of the server issues and I'm working on fixing some of these bugs.

I'm also upgrading the server hardware to be around 30-40% faster.

To help me prioritize, please comment with what you feel is the #1 issue. My impression is the periodic lag.

Main thing to me is the having to refresh all the time after tourneys to get payouts, having to view comments on forum, personal profile which are all to do with the slowness of updating maybe? Which maybe the what everyone is calling lag? And as for the lag lag, its more than just a lag, its like a lockout that can last anything from 1 minute to 10.

And nudge nudge the members page lol

Congrats, 30 minute lock out successfully removed and that horrible horrible lag, very little now if any. :o)

Been on for an hour without any problems. That's a massive improvement.

Previously I ( And guaranteed others too ) have had trouble finding something or been a little confused about some issues
and how to solve them. Test images illustrate how it could make it easier to navigate and find information about specific topics

You are able to see which advisors are online by only opening one rulepage instead of having to go to each individual, which table they're at and what website they are on
(Kdice, Gpokr or Xsketch). That could make it easier to get hold of an advisor when needed

In general, more simple to navigate through and goes right to the benefits of being Member

Remembering a long or complicated name can be difficult, so by just typing part of the username, the chances increase

Hey Ryan, the Sit n Go needs some attention. The blinds continue over from one game to the next, which means some games start with $600 or more bb. Makes the game short and sweet. (but not so sweet) The payouts seem to fluctuate too. Not sure why. Thanks

I am not sure as to why just yet; but I am having to refresh before playing a hand. After I refresh tho; its fine. Thanks for the update to your server.
