Dear Ryan, you have removed hellmuth abillity to chat and play for your own mistake, there has been a glitch in this site for months probably even years, i understande that hellmuth had the abbility to refill his chips instantly, i have spoken to him and he has explained how he done it..

hellmuth said " I bought a 25k boost and when i lose my chips all i do is refresh the screen (F5) and click sit in which refills my chips, if i do not click F5 it still requires me to wait the the time limit to resit, any player can do this... i guess i wa the lucky one to find it out. it is not my fault there is a glitch in the system, it is Ryan's fault and he should not have blocked my account as i enjoy playing here even though the site seems unfair... As a player here i totally agree with Hellmuth, this is not his fault, any other player would do the same 100%.. i Kindly ask you to please fix the Bug and stop holding players responsible, with out players you would not find bugs.

Scotty...what hellmuth jr..didnt tell you was thar he was doing the same thing with his other acct 1st Place and giving the players a hard time and bragging how he couldnt be stopped...he was causing problems and i ask him to stop same thing with his Hellmuth Acct...as i saw him doing the same thing at another table...i warned him i would ban him if he didnt stop and he did not...i have emailed ryan and if he thinks i was wrong in my actions then we can reinstate him...being able to refill without waiting the 10 min is not fair to the other players...

It seems you have missed the point Go reread some of the posts reguarding him See how he talks to us and the things he says We (the players ) don't need him or want him He is breaking so many of your rules about treating other players Languge,bulling ect
