tournament joining issues

we are having some difficulty w/ players joining tournaments. please try this for your next tournament and see if it helps. leave seat, refresh and then join tournament. this has helped me in the past when I haved joined and not being seated. I will report this to ryan and see if we can finally get this fixed. thx and gl everyone.

at 4:28 PM, Friday June 12, 2015 EDT ridelow...if your chip acct is around the amount of the buy in, you have to make sure you don't fall below that amount. that might be why it didn't set you.
