Hi Ryan,
You have designed an App and allow people to purchase $100.00 worth of gpokr chips. you have allowed a guy who buys 12 x $100.00. 1.2mil of chips (complete joke by the way) More important you are allowing people to buy large volume of chips that will push the regular players like Maddie, Two pines and all other people who play here every week out of the medal places??? Do you think it's fair allowing this to happen? or is ok because you are making $120 from 1 guy??? Example: Maddie spends 1 week making 500k in chips for a guy to buy 500k worth's in 1 day and then he kills her on the 5k heads up. Do you think this is fair on Maddie after her spending time making her chips on lower tables that the other guy didn't have to do??? I know I don't play here as much as I used too but reasons like this and making things unfair against regular players is 1 of the reasons why. Members pay memberships for privileges and by this new purchasing of chips on the App what is the point of having members apart from members tournaments??? last point can you update when you created the site from 2006-2014 because we are now in 2015. Apart from that keep up the good work on a good friendly site that allows people to meet great people and have lots of fun. Regards John27 |

The other thing is people who buy boosts get to play members tourneys so membership is nothing but a loyalty thing with no benefits. But this 100k boost thing is certainly only for people who have the money as you also need a more up to date phone to even get the app. Which is like other online poker sites. But every issue on this post I agree with. :o) xoxo

at 5:25 AM, Tuesday April 21, 2015 EDT Its a good point. The web version only allows one boost per month to avoid this. I haven't found a way to limit this on the AppStore but I'm sure its possible. I will monitor and add if this becomes an ongoing issue.

There are many players that play fair here and enjoy the competition part of the game. if the boost is not fixed, you will be able to buy a medal. Also, I am just curious, if you can buy 100k boost on the mobile app....then why isn't it available to the original site? This feature is not fair to your original players that use the normal site. Just my opinion

We truly need to change the limits of being able to play at certain blinds. 500k cutoff for 50 tables is just way to high. this is a monthly competition and the object of the game is to see how high you can get. I am constantly seeing high chip players at tables they shouldn't be playing. Also, many times you will have one player sitting at 1k waiting for an hour before finding someone that will play with them. please consider this...talked to some players and they agree also. thanks for listening to us w/ the ideas
