Table/call fail messages

Just recently I've been getting a lot of table/call fail, table/chat fail messages and I think I even got a 'fail' for trying to change tables!! It was suggested that I try the ctrl F5 but how does that help other than me disappearing off the table and then appearing again with a new hand and if I happened to be in a middle of a bet, too bad, I'd lose that even if I had the winning hand. I'm not a diehard punter but I like to have a quiet game in the evenings now and again, quite relaxing after a long day but this is quite frustrating. Used to be just normal lagging but now it's this rubbish. Any suggestions?

I put up a forum on how to clr caches. at 2:35 PM, Wednesday August 26, 2015 EDT @ benni8....I would try what I recommended first. Ryan has updated a lot of files past few months, when he does this it is important to clr caches. The reason you do this is to clr out old gpokr files.
