I'd like to fix a few broken things in the code:

+dealer button and blinds procession when players are eliminated/join
+table merging in tourneys (related to above)
+betting/raising logic is wrong / not poker


Some things I'm not sure are right or wrong:
+split pot logic sometimes flukey, not sure it's right
+not sure tournament placing logic is right

Something that'd be great to change, but not sure whether Ryan would want:
+Blind increase logic/timing for tourneys

Something I don't know whether I can fix, but would be nice if I can:
+Monthly rank (and tourney rank) and account totals calculation after each hand logic is janky
