took my 5k and wasnt part of game.......i closed down and got back on table.but no money returned.....has ryan given me the transfered money..not fair.cant get on with hihioo where i pd for year and had only less than 1 month

at 9:16 PM, Monday August 17, 2020 EDT you should of been refunded, sometimes it doesnt show it on the screen. it is set up to automatically refund you if it doesnt join you....tried earlier w/ an alt acct to join members and it refunded me so i know it is working.
