unable to receive confirmation of account

I had my sis in law join but she has not been able to get the confirmation e mail sent to her, it says sent but she has not received it. We checked her spam also.
Could you please let me know what we are doing incorrectly |

at 8:01 PM, Friday August 13, 2021 EDT this is a problem i have been trying to get ryan to fix i will contact him again , but i am not sure when he will fix anything..if she wants to be able to chat, she can buy a membership or the $5 boost, that will confirm the acct so she can chat
