I tried to help a person set up an account but the confirmation email never showed up after numerous attempts.
I even tried to use a different email address but it didn't receive it either. What can be done to remedy this? |

at 6:31 AM, Thursday January 6, 2022 EST the confirmation hasn't worked for a long time now, the only way is to buy a monthly membership or yearly if you prefer then everything should work ok.
