Can you please tell me why my end of month chips are not being deducted month to month this keeps happening it happened october month 60.000 chips was not deducted and november 200.000 chips have not been deducted how can i reach my next level if i keep having to start again with the same amount of chips can you please explain this and why it keeps happening to me.
