For an avatar to upload it is best to have it resized to 200x200 pixels or less, and in jpg or bmp format. When uploading a picture from your computer, wait 10 seconds for it to load to the server and refresh the Gpokr screen. You cant take the current avatar off, u have to load the new one over the old one.
