I noticed a player who has only played 1 day and has almost 400K in chips without winning anything. Meme distributor is his name. How is this possibe. Can you buy 400k in chips?

A couple years ago you could get a substantial bonus for coming back after a very long hiatus, but this seems to have been removed. Meme distributor has logged about one year ago but didn't play any hand, and before that in 2018. Possibly they had accumulated legacy bonus since 2018 that didn't kick in last year (in my experience it took a few hands for this to happen). This is very speculative from me however, and yeah it seems weird.
