at 4:00 PM, Tuesday January 2, 2007 EST There are 50 tables total named after the top 50. The top 5 get the 5 1000/2000 blind tables.
Place 5-15 get the 10 250/500 tables. Place 15-30 get the 15 100/200 tables. Place 30-50 get the 20 25/50 tables. |

at 4:06 PM, Tuesday January 2, 2007 EST actually I was wrong, forgot about the sit n go tables. This is what its like for ring tables:
3 1000/2000 tables to place 1-3 5 250/500 tables to place 4-8 8 100/200 tables to place 9-16 10 25/50 tables to place 17-26 So you have the last 100/200 table. 7 of those tables would need to be running for it to show. Its not the best way to name the tables... I know. |

Thx for the answer though! |

at 8:34 PM, Friday September 6, 2013 EDT Actually even Ryan has it wrong. The tables are named from last months medalists but he has the numbers wrong. For example the 100/200 tables are from approx the 50-70 range. Anyone can start a new table: Just insert the name into your address bar as follows: http://www.gpokr.com/#PlayerName
and go there. I think that anyone that was in the top 1000 last month can open a (25/50) table with their name. This comes in esp. handy if all the 100/200 tables are getting full or just zzzzzzzz'd out and you want to start a new one. Just pick a player from last months medalists in the range around the existing 100/200 tables. Easy, Peasy, Japanesey. |
