In any case, it might be an idea to remove your total amount of refills from your final monthly balance to encourage people to adopt a little strategy to build their initial balance. It makes the free refills not quite free and would hopefully reduce the amount of people going all in every 10 minutes until they eventually strike it lucky

no need to implement this if anyone is able to create an account with fictitious email addresses.
Until a feature is added that stops this, I think we have to live with it.
