at 12:31 AM, Sunday April 29, 2007 EDT I used to support the min buyin, but the month of April has really sucked. Last month there were at least 2 1k/2k tables going, at least 2 250/500 tables, 3-5 100/200, and about 5-8 low tables..This month I could ONLY play the 100/200, cause no other table had players.

at 1:59 AM, Sunday April 29, 2007 EDT i like the buy-ins... get enough money to play at the high tables... and you can Join em.. they are not dead.. just the ppl that have the $$ to play on em, are not there when you show up. This creates a challenge... Rise to it.. Bravo to Ryan for kicking Gpokr up a notch. Quit whining and win the money to play there. You don't hear the ppl that play there complaining about it.

at 2:09 AM, Sunday April 29, 2007 EDT Everytime i come on, there are ppl playing on the 1k2k tables. You have to figure out the times. There is hardly anyone on from 9pm til about 3am (Pacific) So, if you come on late at night... you won't see em... pick your times. besides... i know ppl on here that can get high money from JUST playing the 25/50 tables. Quit complaining and build your own pokr site if ya dont like it. Ryan makes the rules.

Actually you do, people that are on looking for higher tables when none are running do complain. That is the issue, not that you need the minimum buy in but that it means often the tables are empty. |

at 11:04 AM, Sunday April 29, 2007 EDT Last month the high tables were filled because there would be a lot of $1500 players going all in, over and over. This was really easy money, but people who enjoy playing a regular poker hand didn't like it.

at 1:55 PM, Sunday April 29, 2007 EDT I will have to disagree with that Steven! And almost the whole top 25. I do believe that the buy in made much more trouble than it solved!
At the begging of the month the small tables are getting spammed (No way to play there). And i do find it annoying to have to play in a 100/200 table while i have 2,5 millions. 3 days ago i even had to start play on a new account cause it was too stupid for me to play for nothing (I got at the end 160k on that account) The only people that i didn't actually hear complain about the buy ins are people that ended up this month with 1500$ like you and dobs!!! About what ryan said, believe me if you are on the top 25 and you have millions you really don't care if some has gone all in with half the blind! |

at 4:41 AM, Monday April 30, 2007 EDT LOL, disagree all you want. I still say the buy-ins make the play a lot better. I have played on the big tables often, and i like the fact that people with 1500 don't show up and just go all in all the time and expect to win. Or when they lose, just start crying and complaining. And you all know you like it too, even if you won't admit it. I know im not in the minority in feeling this way, but i don't care.... i still say you all need to learn to adapt to the new Table Rules.... or go build your own damn poker site, and stop complaining about this one. I don't ever recall Ryan charging you an admission fee.. or to get a password.. STOP CRYING... and adapt
