There should be a leader board for tournament players, to qualify for leader board you should have entered a minimum 10 tournaments. to work out rankings assign points for places 1 to 18 (final 2 tables). Then average the points against how many tournaments they have entered, to gain a points average, then rank the players accordingly. That way the people who have no life and play constantly dont gain any advantage. At end of month have a series of bigger point tourneys on last day to cater for all time zones.
