NibbleNobbysNuts on Tuesday October 15, 2013 2011-02-27 chat from kaniella table: "01010101010101: fu oakcliff..........
01010101010101 has left." 01010101010101 chatted this LONG after I had stopped chatting--10 minutes at least--but he must have been acutely aware that I never left the table (though I was doing other things meanwhile). I never sat in at the table at all when I saw he was playing, but I did stop to give fair warning to all the players at that full table that 01010101010101 (among his many aliases) loves to take the MAXIMUM amount of time on EVERY bet. It is an interesting behavior that parallels the behavior noted by the moderator who banned 01010101010101 for disrupting XSketch (see the "modded" section at the top of this page). My current guess is that 01010101010101 wants to be noticed and liked but doesn't know how to do it, and "faithfully" sticking to the abnormal behavior gives him a sense of accomplishment--even of honor. He may say to himself, "See? I can stick to this behavior despite its difficulty. No one else can be this devoted to something so small. I have accomplished something! And there is honor in my devotion to it despite it being condemned by 'normal' society--in fact, the condemnation MAKES it honorable." If only it worked like that. Just a theory, of course. 01010101010101 might someday devote himself to a higher goal and that would be good for him and for GPokr and for the world. ++++++++++ 0x1555 = 012525 = 01010101010101 = smallpenis == all the same guy (and the list keeps growing)..........2011-02-13 add smallpenis to the list of aliases used by the guy whose hobby is to take the MAXIMUM amount of time on EVERY bet. The poker-like aspects of GPokr hold little interest for him except to the extent that they let him get as many chances as possible to take the MAXIMUM amount of time on EVERY bet. Even when he has a clearly losing hand, he will raise you because then he will get to bet again and take the MAXIMUM amount of time when doing it. ++++++++++ 2011-02-06 01010101010101 wrote: "Yeh, Yeh, Yeh that's one thing that Oakcliff can really do is chat, chat, chat. He's an endless drip of useless and relentless chat. You could double your useable bandwidth by just shutting off his chat channel." 01010101010101 is a typical bully, jerk, web boy--he addresses process rather than right and wrong, honor and dishonor, politeness and rudeness. His wrongful, dishonorable, rude behavior is a much more important topic than whether I chat a lot. I chat and review so the bullies, jerks, and web boys won't have it all their way. ++++++++++ 2011-02-05 ..... 0x1555 and 012525 and 01010101010101 appear to be the same person. He (all three) loves to take the maximum time on every bet he makes. He had all three characters sit at my table consecutively to show off, I suppose. He is mad that I left a review of 0x1555 castigating him for his boorish behavior. Pathetically, he left a review for himself using one of his alter egos. ++++++++++ 2011-02-05 0x1555 wrote: "Oakcliff is a relentless badgerer and a hateful person. He continued to ridicule me for my slow play. It's true I am a little slow. It's partially because of me and partially my old computer which originally started as a windows 95 laptop but now has been converted to Linux it's still quite slow but I just can't see throwing it away. In the end you could solve this problem by simply speeding up the game because I'm just barely in the window of being able to turn it around now." I believe 0x555 is lying and pretending to be a sympathetic figure. 0x1555 is purposely lying when he says "I am a little slow"--on EVERY bet he took the MAXIMUM amount of time--he was NOT "a little slow"--he was MAXIMUM slow EVERY time. 0x555 made hundreds of bets and ALWAYS took the maximum amount of time to make the bet--0x555 NEVER mentioned his pretended "computer problem" in chat at the time--the others at the table shared my feeling that 0x555 was TRYING to goad us by wasting our time with his slow betting. The fact that 0x1555 is posting a review proves that he could easily have explained AT THE TIME "my apologies, my computer is slow--I am not trying to mess with you all"--0x1555 never apologized, never explained, never chatted AT ALL--to any reasonable person, that lack of communication is evidence of a guilty conscience on 0x1555's part. Had 0x1555 EVEN NOW been a truly sympathetic figure with a slow computer, he would have APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience he was causing us--instead he goes on the offensive which is to me MORE proof of his bad intention. Your move, 0x1555. If you are for real then APOLOGIZE to everyone (but me) for your slow play; you should have done it AT THAT TIME, of course. Since you did not and do not apologize, you are not for real, you are just trying to weasel out of the public scorn you deserve. ++++++++++ 2011-02-05 0x1555 takes as much time as possible on every bet he makes. He NEVER failed, in hundreds of bets, to let his timer go to the last tick or beyond. He was clearly testing his ability to bet or fold one instant before he would turn "AWAY," but he failed frequently. 0x155's boorish behavior compelled others to make note of it--especially me. I tried humor, I tried shame, I tried mockery to get 0x1555 to conform on that point, but to no avail. Finally, I wrote in chat that I would be leaving a review of him and 0x1555 left the table (which he should have done long before). That might be proof that 0x1555 has some sense of shame after all. Yes, you have the "right" to play that way, 0x1555, just as the rest of us have the right to resent you for it and publicly proclaim your bad behavior. Choose your behavior and let it serve you well. Your Humble Servant, oakcliff P.S. Be considerate, be civilized, and we will welcome you with open arms.
