1 egg lightly beaten
add 1 cup of luke warm water
1 tablespoon of olive oil (or what eva you have but find olive oil the nicest.)
add 2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of flour
3 teaspoons of yeast
turn on dough setting and start
You can add whateva flavouring you want like garlic and mixed herbs or garlic and chives or just leave plain
Turn oven on to 200
Once the dough cycle has finished tip out on floured board or bench and cut into size you want, then shape the shape you want, put on baking tray then cover for 20 to 30 min for them to raise
Bake 12 to 15 minutes and looking golden brown
Last and final stage eat and enjoy :o)
