Unskilled convincing mods to ban random people

Why on earth was BastardFever banned at the request of this user? He's been playing here for half a decade.

An older male squirting some liquid, waist height, at several younger males. We cant see exactly what is being squirted as that part of the avatar is pixilated. Why would the avatar need to pixilated unless it something unacceptable. IMHO, mods should ban BastardFever and any supporter.
