I like the per hour idea better as 5 per day might still allow the reckless ones to play fast and loose with the first few refills. (Never mind that all this really is for naught when all they need to do is set up another account... *sigh*)

I guess the worst part is some people "all-in" for no reasons. So I guess having a delay time for refills after the first time in an hour would slow them down.

Two per hour seems right. It would give noobs (i.e., me) a chance to learn while not giving the addicts too much of a good thing.

Having at least one or two hands to sit out would be great. Way too easy now to just go all in and then get right back in the game
