Ryan, do you want a better poker site?

Of course you do and so do we. So how about the following;

1. Provide shorted handed tables, 5 or 6 seats plus heads up tables. Many players would like this.

2. Bring back the sin and go tables.

3. The tournaments have proven to be very popular. Please double or treble the number of tournaments.

53 people think this is a good idea

1. We had shorthanded tables for a while. I'd consider revisiting this as a separate tab.
2. Definitely.
3. One thing I didn't want to do was to have too many tournaments with not enough people joining. I agree the tournies are pretty packed and more should be made.

C'mon mate !!!

SnG and short-handed tables, how hard can it be ?

i dont know abt the other ideas..
but increase the amount of tourneys(leave out freerolls)
but not increase too much..this will encourage too many all ins in the tourneys too and give them the regular tables look..then gpokr as a whole wil suck..in my humble opinion..

It would be nice to keep the money you earned this month into previous months. Or at least bank a percentage based on how well you did.

As it is the current format doesn't encourage bank roll management or good play. You could still have the monthly competition as is but folks would have to pay a certain entry fee just to get their 5000 to start the competition.

Say I have 300k in my bankroll, to enter the monthly competition I'd have to pay 15k just to get 5k in chips and play in the monthly competition.

From there whatever money I get off other folks I use in the competition. If I bust, then I have to pay another 15k.

So where does this money come from? Well from the regular cash games that are separate from the "monthly tournament".

The idea is that we keep a bankroll with cash games and monthly competition games being kept separate. Those who placed in the top 100 in the monthly tournament get their medals as usual. Maybe also those with the top 100 net earnings in the cash games get something too?

If folks have to earn and pay their own way into the current competition we have now, then maybe it will slow down some of the all in every hand junk.

If folks can't afford the monthly tournament they can always get their 1500 every ten minutes and try to get a bankroll going so they can afford the entry fee.

Change the format so that smart play is rewarded rather than punished.
