Higher hand losing to lower hand bug

I have had this happen on numerous occasions.

For instance, I've got a K & ten. The 'winner' has a pair of jacks.

The river? (first three cards turned up) are jack, nine, and something like a 2.

Next card is a Queen, then something like a seven.

Suits aren't important to know in this case since I had a straight and he had a three-of-a-kind.

I meant to copy & paste the messages, but got pissed and closed the window (though I will ensure I copy it and paste it in here next time.)

Has anyone else seen behavior such as this?

Maybe the other "something" cards gave him a full house which beats your straight. Things like this often make player baffled who think they have the strong hand but forget that it's the best out of 7 cards. I've never seen a higher-hand-losing-to-lower-hand bug.
