It happens. I'm guessing that about 20 of the top hundred get there by multiaccounting and unearned loans. I don't like it, but there's still plenty of room for someone who plays well to medal.

If your goal is to medal, you can get there by playing well. It's not a sure thing 'cause it's poker.

If your goal is to have fun. Don't worry about it.

I've played one account for over a year, and have never taken a loan of any size. You can drive yourself nuts griping, or you can play the game. I still don't have a blue chip. I don't think I'll get one wit the current state of money lending. That annoys me but it's just a game. Extract what enjoyment you can and be happy.

Ryan could try to come up with a formula to flag big increases, track things ect.. What does that accomplish? A LOT more work for Ryan.

I think most of the people complaining know that the loaning is being done by a handful of people. I think all that needs to be done is to perma ban accounts or IP's of known cheaters/loaners. If it happens again I'm sure someone will notice it and report it.

I do think if it continues, it will end up hurting the site.
