at 12:17 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT --I have never tried to hide the fact that I have 3 accounts I play on. I saw a while back that someone had asked for clarification on the transfer rule. There was nothing answering the question, so I assume its ok. I earn every chip and obviously can only play one account at a time. Please explain your problem. You should be sure of your facts before you call someone a cheater.

at 12:20 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT my problem is... play one account. If you're going for the medal... stay on one account... who cares which one you did good on. I have 3 or 4 accounts, but whichever one i make money on, is the one the money stays on. I don't think this is a hard problem

at 12:39 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT Transferring is unethical and constitutes a violation of the intentions of this site. it doesn't matter whether you won all the chips or not. If it was the allowed as a normal part of the play you wouldn't need two IP addresses to do it. I hope that makes it clear for you Impatient.

at 12:50 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT Rob, can you please clarify why you feel that running more than one account is unethical. Incidently, I am not saying whether I am for or against the practice I would just like clarity on the reasons for your assertion.

at 1:03 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT Rob, I also noticed that you yourself have played at least two accounts today. Given your 'ethical' stance on multi-accounting I am interested as to why you would wish to play more than one account.

at 1:05 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT Jules, the practice of having more than one account is not at issue. It is the transferring from one to the other to increase your standing in the monthly competition that I was referring to. I suggested that Impatient was acting in an unethical and improper manner by transferring from one account to another account regardless of the fact that she won all the chips. My coup de gras was the need for two IP addresses to make that possible. You can do it with the help of a friend also, but if Ryan truly intended for the site to operate in this way he would make it possible with only one IP address. It circumvents the intention of the site and the spirit of a monthly competition. Also; to Impatient: If you didn't realise what you were doing is improper why not do it right in front of everyone?

at 1:07 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT To Jules: I do have two accounts and they always play as separate identites. I do not transfer or loan from one to the other and I maintain the spirit of the site by playing each as an individual within the competition.

at 1:22 PM, Saturday May 24, 2008 EDT I would really like to see the rules and would gladly abstain from transferrring if it were stated that its against the rules. The way I look at it, it's like moving money from one wallet to another. And as far as I know, it is a very common practice that is available to anyone who asks a friend to help with the transfer. Again, I would stop immediately if I personally felt it was cheating or I was breaking a rule.
