And just to add to the problems there are people who cant refil and others who cant even get on to the site. So when and how long will it take to sort this? Because as you know its the end of the month when people take the game seriously to win one of those little medals

No disrespect anna but it is different cause we pay real money to get that 25k at beginning of month and we have lost that in members not starting, so we are paying for what?

Benefits of being a member:

1. 25k at start of month (which most of us have lost this month)
2. special member tourneys (which seems to be a lack of lately and no refunds when doesnt start)
3. being able to add more friends than non paying members (bonus, luvs this one)
4. Most of regular member tourney players are awesome people (rest of site should be that way) which most are cancelling membership

I still luv this site and most of the players, I am just stating facts here in support of many upset members who are entitled to their point of view.

Hey guys, sorry about this. I've reset things and am looking into what happened. I have more time these days and will work to get these issues resolved.

Mad, I pay too. So I understand. As you pointed out there are other benefits, not just the tourney. That was my point in being a member. Buyins will be refunded, just like any other time.

If we can just have some patience, it will get fixed.

Not a matter of being insensitive or unsupportive. Its a matter that this is all out of all of our hands except for 1 person. He is in the process of fixing it. So, why bitch and moan about it? Email Ryan directly if a Mod is not online. Its on every page.

And again no disrespect that is the very point everyone is up in arms about, what refund? We havent been getting refunds at all. The last refund we got was a couple of months ago with the final rally. So people who pay to play are going to be tichy and wanting to view their opinions and even cancel their memberships.

well said barney, and as maddie said .. no disrespect anna but, we have been patient for months even years in some cases! i for one have cancelled my membership, and as you point out that is my choice. so instead of paying and waiting for things to improve, supporting the sit financially as i have for many years, i can now sit back and wait to see improvements before i re-join, or (if i re-join)I strongly urge other members to do the same and hopefully the drop in revenue from the site to ryan will give him some motivation to sort out years old problems and add some new fetures. While we just moan but take no action what insentive does he have? just an aside point Anna, i don't think anyone was attacking you or any other mod about the problems (i certainly wasn't)but i will say while hes at it Ryan should look at a complete overhaul of the mod system i.e the things they can implement etc. also there should be a balanced amount of mods across the world to represent the proportion of players that play in different time zones. for an example yesterday members torny there was 1 mod on line out of 21,

Mad, I sent Ryan an email to refund everyone. So please let me know if you have no got it yet. I know that some already have and Ryan was on for a long time last night trying to get these problems fixed.

Pebs, there is already 50% less players than 2 years ago and much less members. Any less, the sites could be shut down for good. Is issues with a members tourney really that bad to shut them all down for good? No one is forced to be a member, so dont renew if that is your choice to do it. I see far more benefits from being a member than just the tournies. So, I will continue on as I hope others as well will do. I dont want to see these sites shut down. I may not be on as much as all would like but I like the security knowing they are here. :)

Everything you have mentioned, we have asked for. Access to things so that we (mods) can help out when Ryan isnt available, Mods in different time zones, etc. Your concerns are ours as well. Please directly email Ryan. He commented on this thread and thats the first time in how long? lol. He doesnt get notifications of the forum threads and rarely reads them. So, bring things to his attention via email. Its what Mods have to do as well sometimes.

Anna, i think you miss my point, i never said i wanted the site shut down.... quite the opposite i want it improved it is 50% down on traffic because of the problems, i and plenty of others have been patient in waiting for things to be fixed, this hasn't worked, so time to try something else. As i have said i urge all members to cancel/not renew next months membership and see if this gets thing done.
regards emailing Ryan...i always email him the glitches as i know the mods can't fix them.

this post on the forum was to voice my frustration and to warn any player thinking of becoming a member of the possible pitfalls. The forum is a vehicle for debate. i am not using it to notify Ryan, as i have said i have done that via email
