Hi Ryan, i havent been able to log onto the tables for about a week now. i tryed firefox and IE. Now i am using a complete different computer and all i get is the picture of the table with no players and it says "done".
Could you PLEASE look into this and help me if you can...if ive said anything to offend you, i appologize...i get upset and angry sometimes and will not take it out on you anymore. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks Bluffin. |

Some clues to help resolve this : 1. @Bluffin and sasak : confirm ur not using the same ISP (be sure it's not just a provider pbm) 2. @Ryan : establish for them a test site WITHOUT ANY ADS (some of them can block access) 3. verify that the pbm occurs with ALL browsers (Note: it's a very weird pbm, i would want to be aware of it's fixing, so post the answer when u've found it..) |

at 11:59 AM, Saturday December 30, 2006 EST Well, it looks like I am having the same problem as Bluffin while at home on my lowly dial up connection. I didn't have the problem before the most recent update though.
My ISP is Earthlink. Is there anyway to fix this yet, Ryan? Thanks! |

I've been suffering the same problem this week. I used to use http://gwt.gpokr.com:8088/ is the port 8088 blocked now? |

at 9:54 AM, Sunday December 31, 2006 EST I have a test server running for kdice thats a bit different. Could you try to connect to it? Let me know what happens:
http://kdice.com:8080 And the server address you should use for gpokr is http://gpokr.com... although the other should still work. |

at 5:38 PM, Sunday December 31, 2006 EST I have the same problem as well. I'm on adsl, so its a pretty high speed connection.
It worked fine two days ago and then starting from yesterday I had the same problem as bluffin, could only see the table and nothing else. I hope u can fix this problem soon, it's affecting quite a few people. A few of my friends are having the same problem. |

at 7:35 AM, Monday January 1, 2007 EST I was experiencing the same problem but only on a certain computer at home. I could get in fine on a different laptop. So it's not the ISP in my case. I don't know what I did to fix it, but it's working now. Using Firefox 1.5

can you try using firefox live HTTP Headers or tcpdump or wireshark or firebug or anything you have .... to capture the HTTP headers of the requests and response while the system is failing for you. If you could send them to [email protected] I will be able to analyse why Jetty is rejecting dialups. |
