I personally would like a minimal graphics interface with more space devoted to the message and chat windows (and smaller fonts in those). I'm sure others may have differing ideas -- perhaps a screen layout submission contest would be in order? You could pick say the top 5 that cover the differing priorities people might have in the layout. I wouldn't have a vote per se, because that's just too much hassle and difficulty to screen out for fraud.
