Just don't take the actuzal money for the rank but look at the lost/won-ratio or at least subtract the start-money. So that it gets harder for people with many refills (and so more start-money at all) to claim a good rank according to someone with few refills.

Thats a good idea! At the moment you can lost a fortune first and then with one good day you'll get a god rank. Someone else can claim a good rank with his first $1,500 and after all this one should be awarded for not using many refills.
